For construction machinery, the traditional fuel pollutes the environment and wastes energy. In order to improve this situation, the engineers and experts of DIG-DOG Engineering Machinery Company devoted themselves to the development of new energy vehicles, such as electric excavators, electric loaders and so on.

Take the electric loader as an example

The drive and operation of the electric loader, the energy comes from the on-board power battery, and the power is output by the motor.

Advantages of pure electric loader power system:

1. Energy efficient

The overall working efficiency of the traditional loader engine is not high, the average efficiency of the torque converter is lower than 70%, the braking energy of the whole machine cannot be recovered, the fuel consumption is high, and the emission is poor. However, in the pure electric system, the maximum efficiency of the motor exceeds 95%, the average efficiency of the gearbox can reach 97%, and the braking energy recovery is increased.

2. Great power

The 5T ground loader equipped with pure electric system has a maximum gradeability of 30%-58% and a maximum speed of over 40km/h; the maximum digging force that can be output exceeds 175KN, and the maximum traction force exceeds 160KN, which is 10% higher than that of traditional oil engines.

3. Clean and environmentally friendly

Loaders equipped with pure electric systems have zero emissions and noise as low as 70-80db, which is 20-30db lower than traditional loaders.

4. Higher yield

Compared with traditional vehicles, pure electric loaders can save more than 130,000 yuan in fuel every year, and the longer the average daily use time, the higher the operating income. In addition, the pure electric system has a simple structure, low maintenance requirements, and little impact on production operations. This will result in significant savings in maintenance time, material and labor costs (for example, the life of brake pads can be more than doubled).

Electric loaders have the advantages of no emissions, energy saving, simple and compact structure, and low cost of use; although the purchase cost is high, the fuel cost saved within one year can offset the purchase cost of the machine

With the advancement of technology and the gradual improvement of battery and motor systems, electric loaders applied in the future will bring users higher operating quality.
